Longspan shelving/medium duty shelving is designed to provide the maximum storage capacity, comprehensive solutions for any small parts storage or picking area,any kind of loose or packed items in height. It is versatile, given its adaptability to any type of unit load; selective, as it allows immediate access to all unit loads and/or references stored; and dynamic, since it is easily assembled and/or disassembled, and components are also easily replaced and/or added. Loading capacity is between 200kg and 800kg per level.
It is widely used for hand loaded applications. There is no need of bolt, rivit, screw to install the racking.Components slot together forming a rigid, durable structure that¡¯s quick and easy to assemble, rearrange or dismantle for relocation. This system allows for the easy adjustment of storage height and configurations as your requirements change.
The Longspan system /medium duty shelving incorporates a wide range of frame and beam sizes making it simple to customise an installation that meets your exact needs.
Our upright is made of high quality cold rolling steel processed by automatic cold roll forming machine,with different sizes. Frame pitch is 50mm.
Step beam is made of ratio frequency welding pipe, different sizes and thickness are available.
Steel shelf is made of cold roll steel and cut according to the requested sizes and finished by special bending machine at last. Board shelf/deck can be available also.
