Requirements on welding technology and test method
Beijing Longboyu Warehouse Equipment Co., Ltd mainly uses carbon dioxide welding. The selection of welding wire material requires low carbon steel wire, Chinese brand ER50 solid - 6 KM (grades with Taiwan - 56), the specification mainly is ¦Õ 0.8, ¦Õ 1.0, ¦Õ 1.2, ¦Õ 1.6, the gas pressure, current and voltage are according to the size of work piece thickness, by the welder welding speed adjustment. Racks welding products are not allowed to have leakage, welding, porosity and slag phenomenon.
Inspection on the racks welding is based on drawing with welding detection to inspect the welding height, checking the welding porosity or false usually by detection dose and visual inspection.
The inspection number of racks is reference on ¡°Racks sampling plan and instruction.¡± | |
